The legal agreement between you and Taskflame
By accessing or using Taskflame ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Taskflame is operated by Nexabyte, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Registration

- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
Our Content
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Taskflame and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to:
- •Use, copy, and process your User Content to provide the Service
- •Store and backup your User Content for security and recovery purposes
- •Share your User Content with team members you authorize
Important: We will never sell, rent, or share your User Content with third parties for their commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.
You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the Service.
Billing
- •Paid features require a valid payment method
- •You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- •Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. No refunds are provided for renewal periods.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.
Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TASKFLAME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKFLAME, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taskflame and its licensors and licensees, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from your use of and access to the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
