By accessing or using Taskflame (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Taskflame is operated by Nexabyte, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Our Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, transmit harmful content, impersonate others, or interfere with other users.

3. Intellectual Property

Our content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Taskflame and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to use, copy, and process your content to provide the Service, store backups, and share with team members you authorise.

We will never sell, rent, or share your content with third parties for their commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We may collect and use technical data to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid features require a valid payment method. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase. No refunds are provided for renewal periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Taskflame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taskflame and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised terms.
