Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you exceed free plan limits, you'll have read-only access until you upgrade or remove excess content.
How do workspaces and collaboration work?
Each user gets their own workspace with independent limits. You can invite external collaborators to your workspace - they count toward your member limit but don't need their own subscription. Guest users don't count toward limits.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes! Free users get 1 workspace, Pro users get 10 workspaces, and Team users get unlimited. Each workspace has its own boards and can invite its own set of collaborators.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but it's coming soon! We're focused on keeping things simple for now. Annual billing with discounts will be available later this year.
Is there a team or enterprise plan?
Our Teams plan is coming soon! It will support up to 100 team members with advanced features. For organisations with special requirements, contact us for custom solutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UK credit and debit cards through Stripe. PayPal and bank transfers coming soon.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
What's the difference between Boards and Runbooks?
Both help you manage tasks, just in different ways. Boards are flexible Kanban views for ongoing work like sprints, backlogs, and daily tasks. Runbooks are sequential task lists for time-critical operations like deployments, migrations, and product launches.
Do Boards and Runbooks share the same limit?
No, they have separate limits. Free includes 3 Boards + 1 active Runbook. Pro includes unlimited Boards + 5 active Runbooks. Team includes unlimited of both. "Active" Runbooks are those in planning, in progress, or on hold status.
How do I choose between a Board and a Runbook?
If your tasks need to be done in a specific order and timing is critical, use a Runbook. If work is flexible and ongoing, use a Board. Think: deployments = Runbooks, sprints = Boards.
